Packages & packs

  • Combo packages never expire
  • Red Light and Sauna session packs are valid 12 months from purchase
  • UV minutes packages never expire
  • 200-minute UV package can be shared between up to 3 people on one account
  • Full Arch Duo combo can be shared between 2 individuals under one account
  • All packs are non-transferable

Founding memberships

  • $25 deposit applied to your first month when Chinook Glow opens
  • One founding membership per person · cannot be combined or stacked
  • Founding rates locked for one full year
  • Members may pause once for up to 30 days during their founding year
  • No minimum commitment · cancel any time with 15 days written notice · no fees
  • Non-transferable · non-refundable · cancelling forfeits both the founding rate and deposit credit

Regular monthly memberships (post-opening)

  • 3-month minimum commitment · then continues month-to-month
  • Cancel with 30 days written notice after the minimum period · no fees
  • Pause up to 60 days per calendar year
  • Non-transferable · non-refundable

Safe use

  • UV tanning follows Health Canada guidelines · minimum 48-hour interval between sessions
  • Red light therapy use guided by manufacturer recommendations and individual tolerance
  • Infrared sauna typically limited to once per day based on individual tolerance and hydration
  • Staff may adjust or limit session frequency as needed for client safety
  • UV tanning is restricted to guests 18 and over in accordance with Alberta's Skin Cancer Prevention (Artificial Tanning) Act
