Every membership request is reviewed by Nicole personally and confirmed by email.

Already paid a founding deposit? Your $25 is held on file and applied to your first month when you sign up. No further action needed — contact Nicole when you're ready to start.

Monthly unlimited terms & safe use

Memberships begin with a 3-month minimum commitment, then continue month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days written or emailed notice after the minimum period. No cancellation fees apply.

Members may pause their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

For your safety: • UV tanning follows Health Canada guidelines, including a minimum 48-hour interval between sessions • Red light therapy use is guided by manufacturer recommendations and individual tolerance • Infrared sauna sessions are typically limited to once per day, based on individual tolerance and proper hydration • Staff may adjust or limit session frequency as needed
